In Ontario, especially at busy transit terminal, overcrowding and accessibility challenges are common when passengers are trying to find and board their buses. Many individuals, particularly those with mobility issues, struggle to navigate through crowded bus terminals and reach their buses on time. The absence of real-time information and clear directions leads to confusion and delays, making the transit experience stressful and inefficient for commuters across the country.

Using Figma, an interactive prototype is designed showcasing a user-friendly interface that helps commuters quickly find their buses with minimal stress.

This prototype enhances the overall commuting experience by improving efficiency, accessibility, and user satisfaction. It demonstrates UI/UX design, prototyping, and user research skills while solving a real-world problem in public transit.
